What services do you provide and what do they cost?
The main services we provide are:

  • Antifungal silicone replacement.
  • Tile grout cleaning, mould & stain removal.
  • Shower fittings & tap descaling.
  • Shower screen / enclosure descaling & seal replacements.
  • Bathroom related plumbing service.

We understand that every property is different and that is why our service is completely flexible to accommodate bathrooms, shower rooms & ensuites and to focus entirely on your priorities. We will tailor our work to meet your specific requirements.

How does the Bathroom Revival service work?
After getting in touch with us, we will arrange to come to your property at a convenient time for you, to carry out a free comprehensive survey of your bathroom, shower room or ensuite. We will listen to your requirements and accurately calculate the work required. We will then email you a no-obligation, written quotation for your approval and if you are happy to go ahead, schedule the work.

How long does the Bathroom Revival job take and how long before I can use my bathroom again?
Most of our jobs can usually be completed in less than a day and you will be able to use your bathroom again after 24 hours.

Can Bathroom Revival sort out all my bathroom plumbing issues as well?
Yes absolutely. Bathroom Revival is focused on solving your bathroom problems and is able to offer a range of plumbing services including repairs or replacements for taps, toilets, showers, shower screens, etc & even tile repairs.

There are quite a few stains on my grout, can you definitely get them out?
The products we use are very effective at deep cleaning, descaling and removing stains. We are confident we can make a dramatic difference to the appearance of your grout. We don’t have a magic wand however and sometimes stains become so ingrained that they are impossible to remove completely. In this situation we can offer a grout recolouring service, using a very effective professional grout paint, to bring your grout back to its original colour, hiding any stain remnants.

Why should I use professionally applied sealant?
Sealant plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity of your home and enhancing the appearance of your living space by protecting against water damage & preventing mould and mildew growth – a badly sealed bath or shower can lead to leaks and costly water damage.

What Sealants do you use?
We only use fully accredited professional sealants for bathroom installations that are waterproof, flexible, hardwearing & powerfully mould & mildew resistant.

Silicone Colours
We can provide silicone in a range of colours to meet your requirements.

What cleaning products do you use?
We predominantly use natural cleaning products which are great cleaners, descalers & sterilisers and break down naturally into unharmful by-products. We use small amounts of other products for specific jobs which are also entirely safe.

How sustainable is Bathroom Revival?
By thoroughly reviving and extending the life of your existing bathroom, Bathroom Revival is able to save the very considerable financial, resource, energy and waste costs that come with installing a new bathroom. This makes Bathroom Revival both good for you and good for the environment.

Do I need to move things out of the bathroom before the job begins?
Before the work is scheduled to begin the bathroom must be clear of all toiletries, towels & rugs etc. so that the work area is clear for work to commence immediately on arrival.

How is payment made and do you require a deposit? 
We do not require a deposit. Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or by mobile card machine once you are fully satisfied with the work.

What if something were to go wrong – Is there a guarantee?
In the unlikely event that something should go wrong, we are fully insured with public liability insurance of £1 Million. All our work is guaranteed and if any problems were to arise, we will take all reasonable measures to promptly investigate & resolve any issues if we are at fault.

Who owns & operates Bathroom Revival and what makes them qualified to carry out this service?
Myself, Matt Lewis. I have over 10 years of domestic plumbing & bathroom fitting experience as the previous proprietor of Matt Lewis Plumbing Services and have a passion for first class customer service, high quality workmanship & attention to detail.
